Washcaro Cancellation Policy

A cancellation is a request by a customer to revoke a service booking. Customers can cancel their booking at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to service: No cancellation fee will be charged. A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Cancellation between 2 and 24 hours prior to service: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service amount will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 2 hours prior to service or after the service provider has reached the location: The entire service amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refund will be provided.

In rare circumstances, a Washcaro franchise partner may have to cancel a booking due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, or other emergencies.

In such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. No cancellation fee will be charged to the customer, and a full refund will be processed immediately. Washcaro will also attempt to re-assign the service to another partner if available.

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. The refund amount will be the total service fee minus any applicable cancellation charges.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement.
